Friday, May 21, 2021 - OZ & NZ Chardonnay Lunch (Grappa Leichhardt): Paired with the 864 F&D. Still pale but more colour than the F&D. Nose of honeydew melon, smokey oak and grapefruit. Soft acid to the finish and with air, more melon like flavours and less citrus. An easy drinking style, yet having had the Kosta’s from the same maker a few times recently off restaurant wine lists I think I prefer it.
