Saturday, May 22, 2021 - Gold. On the nose light aromas of lemon, yeast, bread dough, granny smith apple. Palate is dry with high acidity, medium alcohol, light body, and medium intensity flavors of lemon, ripe apple, pear, bread dough. The finish is short. Overall a good champagne but I expected more on the palate and the finish
