Saturday, May 22, 2021 - Tenth Anniversary Magnum Celebration (Dig Wines and Piccino Restaurant, San Francisco): Magnum. Medium yellow. Toasty oak. Woody base. Creamy, lactic feel with pear fruit and a bit of citrus peel. This could/should be better than this.

Just speculating that the Mag might slow down evolution, integration & reaching ultimate balance. Recently had a killer glass from a Mag of '82 Faiveley Clos Des Corton where its glacial evolution led to astonishing results, 39yrs out.
Thanks Doc! Enjoy your summer!

Take care & keep posting those note!
