Sunday, May 23, 2021 - 13 569 bottles produced of the 2010-vintage. Made from all the six grape varieties allowed in Champagne (Arbanne, Petit Meslier, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Each grape variety is crafted seperately before being blender according to trafition.

Straw yellow on the glass, with a light green rim. A bit shy on the nose, but apparent hints of apple and newly baked bread. Dry. Feels soft and smooth on the palate. Delicate, creamy bubbles. Yellow apples. Long, citric, exit. Nice!
