Complex and elegant: Vanilla somewhat dominating with hazelnut, I love the touch of incense and some white flowers. Surprisingly Meursault-like. The palate is concentrated, lingering finish, thin bubbles, high acidity, 12% abv. Doesn’t feel too dry for a Brut Nature. Excellent

13 569 bottles produced of the 2010-vintage. Made from all the six grape varieties allowed in Champagne (Arbanne, Petit Meslier, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Each grape variety is crafted seperately before being blender according to trafition.
Straw yellow on the glass, with a light green rim. A bit shy on the nose, but apparent hints of apple and newly baked bread. Dry. Feels soft and smooth on the palate. Delicate, creamy bubbles. Yellow apples. Long, citric, exit. Nice!

Beautiful fresh Meyer lemon nose, creamy brioche custard palate slightly savory and smoky. Perhaps not the greatest drive, but walking that wonderful line between fresh and mature so nicely.

Light green-yellow, snowstorm of tiny bubbles Lemon bread, dusty, hint of brioche Bone stripping dry, high acidity, hints of lemon. Medium finish Super aggressive bubble. Needs to be put down for 5+ years. Un-approachable for some.
