Sunday, December 6, 2020 - Bright gold, perhaps starting to darken a little.
Fairly restrained nose - some light nuttiness and a trace of apple.
Flavours of apple with some hazelnuts and almond. Fuller than nose but still fairly tight - steely, perhaps. I think this still needs a little time.
