Saturday, November 22, 2008 - The nose is very intense and packed with mushrooms and sweet red apples. The taste is simply amazing for such an old champagne. Red apples, yeast, mushrooms and still a very fresh acidity. Has some ripe tones of sweetness but it is simply amazing. Tiny and elegant bubbles.
