Thursday, June 17, 2021 - Dark ruby garnet. Pronounced aromas of dark berry, ripe plums, mossy earth, vanilla, coffee, faded roses. Bright fruit on the palate with intense aromatic back notes, smooth tannins, light body, sweet acids. Lovely counterpoint between the complex aromas and the purity of fruit on the palate. Excellent with roasted Jerusalem artichokes and eggplant, tomato and feta. Long finish. 13% alcohol.
