Saturday, June 26, 2021 - Deep color but with some clarity to it. Violets, pepper, and blue and black fruits on the nose. Nice mid weight texture with a clean linear structure. Palate was tasty, if simple, plum and cherry, a bit grapey. Felt like a few more years would unlock another layer here. A good contrast to the Bedrock/Pagani/Dolinsek crowd. Similar notes over two nights.
