Friday, June 25, 2021 - Amazingly fresh and youthful. This had some aged characteristics (mushroom, mushy apple, butterscotch) but I did not get any coffee/toffee elements that I detect with Champagne of this age. Incredibly long drawn out finish and moderate bubbles.
