Sunday, July 4, 2021 - A lot of positive barrel influence here, lactic but appealing, crushed incense, perfumed from age, pickled cherries, a comfortable old leather chair, superb alone and with paella valenciana. You like Bosconia? This might be better. Balsamic glaze reduced with bay leaf and rosemary sprigs. Stunning.
