Thursday, July 15, 2021 - Opened initially to decant it before dinner.
My first though on trying: How beautifully aromatic this is.
Second thought: This isn't going to last long during dinner.
Thought throughout dinner: Damn, I should buy larger quantities of D&R Mourvedre if I want them to last

Explosively aromatic. Blue and black fruit, dark raspberries, wild strawberries, mulberries and wild herbs and flowers, mainly burdock and peonies. One bottle left. Let's see how long I can keep my hand off it.
