Friday, July 16, 2021 - This is stonking. White pineapple, green apple, match stick, all things mineral, gravel, papaya and marshmallow. There’s a beam of Meyer lemon throughout. Long and percolating, with suave tendencies and focus. There’s a round middle and persona, and boy does this please. I see no reason to wait! The body is curved, expansive and yet quite elegant. Drink now - 2028.
