Sunday, July 18, 2021 - On the nose- Big dark fruits, dark cherries, dark blueberries, blackberries, warm berry pie, pomegranate, red licorice, cassis, red flowers, violets, cedar, cigar box spice, oak, vanilla, graphite

On the palate- Big dark fruits and dark cherries, dark blueberries and blackberries, warm berry pie and pomegranate, red licorice and cassis, red flowers and violets, cedar and cigar box spice, oak and vanilla with a hint of graphite on the finish. The finish is super smooth and plush with round nice firm tannins. This wine is drinking KILLER being super young but I gave it a 3+ hour decant to really open up and show its stuff. This wine is drinking well now but could age another 7-10 years with no problem at all but will show young if given a proper decant.
