Saturday, July 24, 2021 - Yum! Decanted for sediment then poured. Tasted fully mature. More earth forward than fruit forward with notes of pepper, meat, and blood. Dark fruits were present but tasted secondary to the earth flavors. Tannins were soft and integrated. Really good wine. There was half a glass left on day 2 which was thin and lost all its power. Would definitely drink up here.
