Thursday, July 22, 2021 - PnP, but better after 10 minutes of slo-ox, chilled. A clear, light straw yellow. The nose and palate are dominated by grapefruit along with some grass and herbs. The acidity is quite lively, making this an excellent palate cleanser. It lacked some of the complexity of other NZ Sauvignon Blancs, but was "true to itself". Should hold for another several years.
