Wednesday, August 11, 2021 - 924th bottle of cuvée 53. Pronounced CO2 right when I opened this. This one felt a little more high-toned and aldehydic than some of my previous experiences with this wine. Nonetheless this is still pretty consistent on the palate, with a bit of nuttiness as well as a browned, matured fruit profile. Always a delicious wine in my book -- kind of like a Krug-lite.
