Thursday, August 19, 2021 - Classic Barolo. Smokey notes on the nose with lots of mineral and herb elements. Brickish ruby red in glass with clear rim. Mouthfeel is acidic and tannic as you would expect but with a sweet and herbaceous streak. Long finish with stone and some gaminess. Wish I had more to see how this drinks in 3-5 years
