Monday, September 6, 2021 - A bit flat and closed down at first, but opened up nicely with a bit of air. Some tropical fruit with nice acidity. Definitely not on the same level as the single vineyard Coche wines I’ve had from this vintage and perhaps a bit overpriced for what it is, but still very tasty.
