Monday, September 6, 2021 - This has been rattling around in my wine rack for a couple of years and the extra time has been productive. Baked apple, warmed cinnamon, and ginger but good acidity for freshness. Yelow apple and yeasty finish. Definitely related to the J. Schram in flavor profile at this age.
