Sunday, September 5, 2021 - A pale red wine. Very strong notes of strawberry, red currants, rhubarb, hints of cedar on the nose. Very pleasant.

Light, clean body, red fruits, strawberry, peppercorns. While indicative of the grape and style, possibly a little too light, too pale compared to other vintages I've had.

Medium light finish, some spice and hints of bitter chocolate, raspberries.
