Thursday, September 16, 2021 - Day 2: This is not that good of a wine and Spring Valley is not a winery I would recommend when there are so many better ones for less. Heavy wine with earth, oak, muted fruit. Bitter finish. Glad I picked these up for under $30 a bottle. 87 points
Day 3: Even worse. 84 points
Recommendation: On newer vintages buy one bottle of Spring Valley and if you like it buy more.
