Saturday, September 25, 2021 - Easily one of the best wines I've had....ever. Incredible nose, lasting finish, soft tannins. Took to a restaurant and offered a taste to the server, who shared with someone who really loved wine in the kitchen staff. Came back to find out "What was that wine?" One of the best wines, with one of the best meals you'll find at Out of the Fire Cafe in Donegal, PA. I'm not sure I would wait until 2031--I think it's drinking very well with some decant right now.

11/28/2021 2:41:00 PM - CL, my last bottle of this was not very good, but tonight's bottle was beautiful, like my first 18 months ago. My last bottle must have been an outlier. This is so good!
