Monday, September 27, 2021 - Essentially two years on since I first tried it. This time around it is more developed but more intense - for me, I now get a lot more oak flavours coming through and the fruit has dropped off a little. Maybe I have not stored my bottle perfectly, but it is definitely developing tertiary at this stage. Anyone else noticing less fruit since 2019? Still bloody delicious!
