Saturday, October 2, 2021 - A sweetish wine with a very fresh aromatic and mouthfeel. Apple, some fennel seed and a tremendous amount of limestone. The limestone dominates the mid pallete and this juice is just loaded with acidity. A puppy of a wine which is worth hunting down as it will age and improve.
