Sunday, October 3, 2021 - Black raspberry jam on the nose. Some spice -- cumin, black pepper as well. Dark fruit on the attack with long spicy notes of cinnamon, allspice and cocoa finish. Soft but solid tannins. Some leather as well. This wine has that Aussie Shiraz intensity of flavor but still elegant.
