Saturday, October 9, 2021 - Deep red with brownish reflexes. Straight out of the bottle with too much acidity and tannins. Needed 2 hrs in the decanter.
Then: leather and cigar in the nose. Herbs, menthol and still cigar on the palate. Not a smooth wine but has character. Needs flavourful food like a big steak with fat ;)
