Friday, October 8, 2021 - A lost Friday afternoon gathering – how to semi cheat in a blind tasting (Black Salt, Washington DC): Expressive nose displaying delicious white fruit, pear, apple, lanoline, marzipan, sweet spices and wet stone. Beautifully integrated palate, finely layered white fruit, sweet and generous, medium fine generous mousse, medium acidity, strong mineral, and a long sweet white fruit driven finish. This is simply delicious. The style reminds me Cedric Bouchard.
