Sunday, October 10, 2021 - This is the former "Monopol" Riesling, which was renamed to "Schloss" in 2020. It still is made from grapes grown at their VDP Große Lage vineyards Abtsberg, Bruderberg and Herrenberg.

Typical Mosel nose and a delicate palate with lemon, slate, mirabelle, red currant and a hint of caramel. Lovely and well paired to salad with halloumi and figs.
