Sunday, October 10, 2021 - Tasted NB. Light golden color. Distinct honey leads a sweet nose. Walnut and citrus feature during a persistent, evolving finish. A one of kind taste profile, one that doesn't lend itself to quick comparison. Tried letting bottle warm to room temp, but ended up re-chilling and preferring cooler sipping. Take time to really taste this one. Gotta love exploring old white wines.
