Friday, October 22, 2021 - NYWE Sweet black fruits, violets and dark spices. Dark pure ripe flavors with fascinating freshness given the vintage. Beautiful texture and finesse with loads of complexity while so well balanced. Lively herbal finish. Electric. Absolutely delicious.
83% Cabernet Sauvignon, very extreme hot year.
