Saturday, September 25, 2021 - Slightly oxidised, orange and orange blossom, bruised apple, a little blood, savoury spice and slight waxy notes. All of the aromas, including the oxidised note, translate to the palate, plenty of alcohol lends peppery spice, quite glycerol thick, long. Super interesting.
