Sunday, November 7, 2021 - Vinetasters: Cabernet Franc (Skokie, IL): Served double blind. Sweet, to the point it might almost be described as carmelly. Bitter, fat, heavy and any varietal characteristics have been successfully eliminated from the wine, turning it into another anonymous Californian (that part of the guess was trivial) red wine. At least this one's kind of cheap, since they all taste the same anyway. My 5th, group's 5th.
