Likes this wine:

Sunday, November 7, 2021 - Nose: fresh tropical fruit juice (pineapple?) under a layer of cellophane.

Palate: bruised apple skin, with juuust enough acidity to buoy the richness from the oak aging. Some stony/rocky notes along with subtle tropical fruits.

Took an hour to start showing complexity then ended up a very enjoyable wine.
