Thursday, November 11, 2021 - I must say that I was shocked by the performance of this wine. I purchased upon release and had removed from professional storage. I was worried it would be over the hill. It is a beautiful and vibrant wine with wonderful red fruit note and a distinctive long finish. Palette which is in perfect balance is stronger than the nose but still a terrific wine. Does not show the bombastic characteristics of some of the single vineyard designations from this period for Aubert which is a plus. Enjoy!!
