Tuesday, November 16, 2021 - Medium hay color. Medium classic nose of toast, brioche and green apple. Dry, medium bubbles, palate follows through with a distinct fruity appleness. Medium body. Great balance. Medium finish. Not bad, but more fruit forward and not as complex for the price.
