  Xmas dinner Champagne.
  To us this was a wonderful Champagne; maybe a bit atyical. Less on the brioche and apple side than expected. we liked the fruitiness (hint of white peach?) and the acidity. it matched the seafood greatly, however not a recommnendation with caviar

  Medium hay color. Medium classic nose of toast, brioche and green apple. Dry, medium bubbles, palate follows through with a distinct fruity appleness. Medium body. Great balance. Medium finish. Not bad, but more fruit forward and not as complex for the price.
