Tuesday, November 16, 2021 - Very low carbonation, with a slightly chalky notes. Creamy strawberry, toasted almond, and with air picks up a mushroom earthy note. Mid palate shows quite heavy with a plumminess. Tasty but really lacks acidity/energy. It's such a unique wine, and i'm glad to have tried it.
