Fortunately found and consumed this twice in two weeks in Spain/France at restaurants for a very reasonable price.
This was absolutely on fire. focus of fruit, minerals, bright acidity, freshness with a hint of natty. just delish..

Have had this now 3 times in the last few months.. I would say this is not a wine you want to try/bring to a large tasting where everyone opens a btl, gets 2 oz and moves on to the next one of 20 wines..
the wine will change every 20-30 mins for the first 2 hours... there's a natural/funky stage, a red strawberry super sweet core fruit stage, a dark plum and dark cherry stage, spices come in, eventually over 2 hours it settles into a burgundian 'final resting stage'... where it's a red fruited, earthy burg with hints of spice.. really fun btl to drink.
