Friday, November 19, 2021 - Dark gold, with notes of burned orange peel, cardamon, clove, marmalade, med. sweet, rich and broad but still complex and not gooey, much of the sweetness has dropped out, long and intriguing. At Lotus of Siam in Vegas w/A, D, A. Great pairing for sure.
