Wednesday, November 24, 2021 - Seems to be on good path but this is no where near ready. Tight and tannic (admittedly it got little air time). The fruit is fresh and vibrant.

11/25/2021 7:54:00 AM - If you have enough, try a long decant (of course, always possible it could close up more with extended air) to enjoy the youthful fruit. But I think it’s pretty safe bet that better things to come.
