Friday, November 26, 2021 - My last bottle of the Perrieres by Etienne Sauzet and every single bottle impressed me tremendously.
Light golden and yellow colour. On the nose citrus, honey and a hint of flowers (acacia?). On the palate citrus yet again, apple (grannysmith) and a bit mineral. Impressive length and in a perfect drinking spot, maybe even a bit on the decline. So drink up.....
