A little mint, great minerals, then a wave of lime juice and thin light honey syrup, almost like a sweet and sour sauce, which reminds me; this would go great with thai food. It’s bone dry, but could definitely handle some heat, and no remorse for opening now as it softened some with air but didn’t greatly improve.
