Saturday, December 31, 2005 - Some New Year's Wines (Y&M's): Gruet never fails to surprise me. This was very nice. Not complex or extraordinary, but a very nice pink sparkler with nice fruit tones on a dry base with perfect acidity. Great easy drinker.
