Saturday, December 11, 2021 - Paired with swordfish, after 30m of air. Light purple color. Very floral bouquet: cherry, rose petals, baking spice, and a hint of potting soil. Bright and fairly simple, but that's not a flaw for me in an affordable Beaujolais. Silky texture, medium-light body, juicy cherries and some salinity, delicately framed by polished tannins.
