Thursday, December 16, 2021 - Cork was petrified but the wine is sound, if honey-colored (with huge plugs of sediment). So much dried mint, raspberry, tea. Dried blood, potpourri, roses, fennel seed, with a thick, silky texture that clings to the palate. Way beyond mature but hanging together effortlessly anyways due to good acidity and a wisp of tannin. Gorgeous.
