Friday, December 17, 2021 - This has settled in very nicely......Slow ox x 2 hours, then enjoyed over 3-4 more. Great from the pnp, fantastic nose, just classic red/black fruit, flowers and lead pencil. Fruit lends more to the red side than anything else. Did not improve much over the airtime, but was very consistent. A very nice wine in a great drinking window right now. I would suggest drinking them now rather than waiting another 4-5 years......though they certainly can go that far.
