Monday, December 20, 2021 - Intense lemon, a bit of reduction, and a floral-anise note on the nose. Hits the mouth like a sock full of rocks — Lemon, red apple, apple peel, pineapple, salty mineral, smoky reduction and a bit of butter grapefruit pith. Rich texture, without any oak influence. Not a subtle or elegant wine, but full of life and surprisingly density of flavor at just 12.3% alc.
