Saturday, December 25, 2021 - Medium bodied, slightly clear rim but bright ruby red overall. Nose of red and dark fruits, chocolate, hint of smoke and pepper (black/white). Pallet is medium bodied, the tannins are still quite present. Smooth finish. I reckon this can hold another 5-10 years.
