Monday, December 27, 2021 - From 1/16th jeroboam. Seems weird that I've never crossed paths with this wine before. Very fresh and delicious; not complex but definitely textbook champagne that drinks very easily. A little bit of doughiness on the nose. More brioche on the palate with some sweet (think honeycrisp) apple flavours. Excellent stuff; not quite as layered and deep as the Charles Heidsieck entry level (which is the best entry level wine of all the big houses).
